AJM Ski: Terms and Conditions
About Us: AJM Ski is Ashley Morton, an independent ski instructor certified by British and Swiss authorities to work in the Valais region of Switzerland.
Booking:

Your booking is confirmed only after full payment.

By paying, you agree to these terms.
1. Cancellation Policy:

29+ days before start: 90% refund

28-15 days before start: 50% refund
-
14 days or less before start: No refund
-
No refunds for cancellations due to client injury, illness, or personal choice.

We strongly recommend travel insurance.
2. Events Beyond Our Control:

No refunds for cancellations due to events like natural disasters, resort closures, or transportation issues.

We'll try to reschedule when possible.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
3. Behavior:

Clients must act safely and appropriately.

We may end lessons or remove clients for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
4. Liability:

We're not responsible for services we don't control (e.g., ski lifts, airlines).

We have third-party liability insurance with AXA Insurance.

Claims for issues not directly under our control should be made to the appropriate company.
5. Risk:

Skiing is an extreme sport done at your own risk.

We strongly recommend appropriate insurance.

We're not responsible for injuries, accidents, or deaths during lessons.
